1. Validity of the GTC
The present General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all goods orders placed via the Blum Kaffee website. The version of the General Terms and Conditions published on the website at the time of the order is decisive.
The General Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. In addition, the relevant provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations shall apply, provided no regulations are contained in the General Terms and Conditions.
In the online shop of the company Blum Kaffee, goods are only delivered in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Orders from other countries can only be considered in personal consultation.
The offer is valid while stocks last. All prices are given in Swiss francs. For each delivery, the customer will be charged the shipping cost percentage specified for the respective product group, regardless of the number of items (see Section 6. Delivery).
4. Conclusion of Contract and Withdrawal
All information on goods and prices on the company’s website is subject to change and non-binding. By ordering via the homepage, the customer submits a binding offer. The company confirms acceptance by e-mail to the customer. Only with this express acceptance is a contract concluded and does the customer have the right to delivery of the goods. If the goods ordered by the customer are not available in the desired quantity or at the price stated on the website, the company will notify the customer as soon as possible. In this case, the contract is only valid when the customer confirms the corrected order again by e-mail. Orders and agreements by telephone are only valid if they are confirmed in writing or by e-mail.
In the case of writing, printing and calculation errors on the homepage, the company is entitled to withdraw free of charge.
The ordered goods are paid for in advance. The payment period is 7 days.
The delivery costs are 7 CHF. The goods are usually delivered within 3 working days, subject to availability. Use and risk lie with the customer from the time the goods are handed over to the carrier.
7. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of Blum Kaffee until all claims against the customer have been settled in full.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to return the goods within 8 days of receipt. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised with legal effect if the goods are returned unused, undamaged, complete and in the unopened original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned goods in the condition described, the company will reimburse the customer for the value of the goods.

Shipping costs already incurred cannot be refunded. For reasons of hygiene, we neither take back wrongly ordered goods nor exchange them.
Blum Kaffee guarantees to deliver the goods in perfect quality. If there are nevertheless defects in the delivered goods, the customer is obliged to report the defects in writing within 8 days of delivery. After returning the defective goods, the customer receives a replacement delivery. If no replacement delivery is possible, the company will refund the payment made. In addition, any claim for reduction, rescission or compensation for consequential damage is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Changes made by the manufacturer to the external design of the product (e.g. packaging) do not constitute a defect; The images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only and are non-binding. In addition, the customer forfeits any warranty rights if the goods are used improperly.
All personal information provided by the customer will be treated as strictly confidential and only used by the company itself.
11. Data Security
Appropriate security technology is used to protect customer data against unauthorized processing. However, no liability can be assumed for the security of the data transmitted on the Internet. The transmission of the data is encrypted.
12. Law and Venue
All contracts concluded via the company’s website are subject to Swiss law. In the case of orders by private individuals for private use, the place of jurisdiction is based on the Place of Jurisdiction Act. In all other cases, Arbon is the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
